Round The Clock Care wants you to be completely satisfied with any products
you purchase. If a product is not to your satisfaction, we will happily
reimburse you for the purchase under the following conditions:
- Product(s) being returned must be unused, unwashed and in the original
condition.
- Product(s) being returned must be in the original packaging (if
applicable).
- Product(s) being returned must be shipped back to Round The Clock Care
within 30 days of the original shipping date sent to the consumer.
Please fill out this Return/Exchange form and include with your return so that we can process your request.
Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of the return request
less a 10% restocking fee. The
purchaser will be credited the same form of payment used to purchase the product(s). The credit will reflect the total payment minus the shipping
charges and restocking fee. Refunds will
not be accepted after 30 days.
* If no shipping charges were applied to the original order, we reserve the
right to charge the consumer the actual shipping cost that was accrued by
Round The Clock Care.

Round The Clock Care realizes babies come in all shapes and sizes and it can
be difficult to order a product that fits properly. If you are not
satisfied with your product(s) and wish to make an exchange, we will happily
accommodate your request under the following conditions:
- Products being exchanged must be for the same Product Number and Price.
In other words, this applies when you want to change the size or color of a
product.
* If you wish to exchange for a different Product Number and Price,
you must do a Return and then issue a new order request.
- Products being exchanged must be unused, unwashed and in its original
condition.
- Products being exchanged must be in the original packaging (if
applicable).
- Products being exchanged must be shipped back to Round The Clock Care
within 30 days of the original shipping date sent to the consumer.
Please fill out this Return/Exchange form and include with your exchange so that we can process your request.
* As a reminder, if you wish to
exchange for a different Product Number and Price, you must do a Return and
then issue a new order request.
Exchanges will be issued upon receipt of the product(s) and the
Return/Exchange Request Form, provided the new request is in stock. If an
item is backordered, you will be notified via the purchaser's e-mail
address. At which time, the consumer reserves the right to cancel the
request by notifying Round The Clock Care via e-mail, phone or fax.
Exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days.
Consumer will be charged accordingly for the new shipping charges.
